Pensioner Discount on service work

All service/support work is charged at $88 inc GST per hour.
Home User
All service/support work is charged at $99 inc GST per hour.
Business
All service/support work is charged at $120ex GST per hour.
Pre-paid Support Hours
Pre-paid blocks of 'usiness IT support hours at a discounted rate. All pre-paid blocks see any ad-hoc support issues billed in ¼ hr increments, a discounted rate applied and pre-paid hours vailed for 12 months.
