Pensioner Discount on service work

Pensioner
All service/support work is charged at $88 inc GST per hour.
Home User
All service/support work is charged at $99 inc GST per hour.
Business
All service/support work is charged at $130ex GST per hour.
Pre-paid blocks of ‘business IT support hours at a discounted rate. All pre-paid blocks see any ad-hoc support issues billed in ¼ hr increments, a discounted rate applied and pre-paid hours valid for 12 months.

Call out fee
In addition to the quoted service/support charge, a 'call out' fee or 'collection/return' fee is applicable to cover travel to and from your residence or business premises.
